The program is simple: the more often you stay at the hotel, the higher your level becomes and the more benefits you get. The starting status gives you a discount on accommodation after registration. When the required amount of bookings is accumulated, new levels are opened: Silver and Gold. Along with them, there are additional pleasant opportunities: early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability of rooms, a free upgrade of the room category, a discount at the hotel restaurant and other special offers.

  2. After registration, you will be assigned a personal virtual loyalty card number. The card is displayed in your personal account, so you do not need to carry it with you or receive it at the reception.

  3. To ensure that discounts, savings, and privileges are taken into account, book a room directly: on the hotel's official website, by phone, or by email. Bookings through third-party services, travel agencies and online platforms do not participate in the accrual of privileges.

  4. Immediately after registration, you will be assigned the Standard status. It gives you a discount on accommodation and access to special offers. The more often you stay at the hotel, the faster the amount of savings grows and new levels of the program open up.

  5. When the amount of your stays reaches the required threshold, the status increases automatically. At new levels, increased discounts, early check-in or late check-out, if available, free room category upgrade and additional offers become available.

  6. In your personal account, you can view the current status, the amount of savings and the history of transactions. The transition to a new level occurs automatically after processing the accommodation data, usually within 5 days after departure.

  • Where is the ironing place?

    The ironing board and iron are located on the 9th floor in a special common area. You can use them at any time convenient for you.

    Also, for your convenience, a laundry service is provided from 8:00 to 20:00.

  • Where can I get drinking water or boiling water?

    There is a cooler with hot and cold drinking water on each floor.

  • Can I check out of my room after check-out time?

    The standard check-out time is 12:00. You can also use the late check-out service. When checking out from 12:00 to 17:59, a fee of 50% of the cost of the day is charged; from 18:00 to 23:59, a fee of the cost of the day is charged. An agreement with the administrator is required.

  • Can I check into my room before check-out time?

    Standard check-in time - 14:00. You can also use the early check-in service. Upon arrival from 00:00 to 01:59, a fee of 100% of the cost of a night's stay is charged; from 02:00 to 12:00, a fee of 50% of the cost of a day is charged; from 12:00 to 14:00, a fee of in the amount of 25% of the cost of the day. An agreement with the administrator is required.

  • At what time and in what format does breakfast/lunch/dinner take place?

    Buffet breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 to 10:00, on weekends from 08:00 to 11:00 on the 2nd floor in the cafe-bar "Birch". It is mandatory to have a guest card with the room number.

    Set meals on weekdays are held in the Banquet Hall on the 1st floor of the complex, on weekends the service is carried out in the cafe-bar "Birch" on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Service time is from 12:00 to 15:00.

    Complex dinners are held in the cafe-bar "Birch" on the 2nd floor of the hotel. There are 5 continental dinner options to choose from. Service time from 18:00 to 22:30

    Cafe-bar "Birch" is open a la carte from 11:00 to 23:00. You can also use the Room-service service by calling 313 from the room.

  • Additional information is needed. a place or a baby cot in the room. What is the cost of this service?

    A baby cot for our younger guests is provided free of charge.

    An additional seat is provided for an additional fee of 1,500 rubles without breakfast. *Comfort-plus with 1/2 beds – extra space in the form of a folding chair.

    An extra bed is not provided in the rooms of the following categories: Suite, Deluxe, Family Suite.

  • How can I call my neighbors in another room or any landline number?

    The guest can only call the number that is located on the territory of the hotel. To call the room, you need to dial the room number of the guest to whom the call is addressed.

    It is not possible to call a landline number from the phone in the room. As well as from the landline to the phone in the room.

  • What are the rules for staying with pets?

    The cost of accommodation with a pet up to 10 kg is 1000 rubles /day (no more than two pets in one room).

    The cost of living with a pet from 10kg to 20kg is 1,500 rubles /day (no more than two pets in one room).

    The hotel offers accommodation with a pet of small and medium breeds. For a comfortable stay with a pet, a guest must have: a bowl, a litter, a carrier, etc. It is forbidden to leave a pet unattended, to walk a pet on the territory of the hotel, and also not to let one walk around the territory.

    At the time of check–in, the hotel takes a deposit for accommodation with an animal in the amount of 1,000 rubles. Upon check-out, the deposit is refunded if no damage has been done to the animals and no additional room cleaning is required.

  • Is there a luggage storage in the hotel?

    The luggage room is located on the ground floor, to the right of the reception desk.

    Each guest staying at the hotel can use the luggage storage. The service is provided free of charge.

    The luggage storage service for visitors who do not stay at our hotel is considered paid.

    1 hour – 70 rubles, 2-6 hours – 130 rubles, 6-12 hours – 300 rubles, 12-24 hours – 500 rubles.

  • Where can I buy souvenirs?

    A large selection of souvenirs is located on the ground floor of the hotel, in front of the reception desk.

  • Where is the smoking area?

    All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

    The smoking area for guests is located on the left side of the main entrance to the hotel, in a specially designated place on the street.

  • How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

    Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The connection takes place using a Russian phone number, then you need to call the specified number for authorization (the call is free), and Wi-Fi will connect automatically. If there is no Russian phone number, the guest is provided with a personal one-time token for connection. The connection process is identical.

  • Is there a parking lot on site?

    Free parking with 400 parking spaces is available on site.

    The entrance to the parking lot is located on Nagibina Street, in front of the public transport stop.
